You can enroll your kids with us to better understand and learn the Holy book. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use our services. These Terms govern your use of our online education services, including Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz, Islamic studies, and related digital content delivered via video calls, pre-recorded lessons, or other platforms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you can refrain from using our services.
You can access our online education services, for example:
Quran reading and recitation.
Tajweed (rules of Quranic pronunciation).
Hifz (Quran memorization).
Islamic studies.
Your education is supported by live video lessons, pre-recorded videos, and other online materials, as set out in the relevant terms.
2.1 Eligibility: To join, you should be at least 18 years old, or get parental/guardian permission if you are under 18.
2.2 Account Information: You agree to provide true and up-to-date information when registering and to update it when necessary.
2.3 Account Security: It is important to safeguard your login information and keep track of anything done under your account. Call us right away if you notice that your account has been used without your permission.
3.1 Payment Terms: You need to pay fees for classes or courses in advance, as per the plan you have chosen. The monthly fees are required at the end of each month for the coming month.
3.2 Free Trial: Once the trial classes are over, you must decide whether to enroll. You must pay all the necessary fees by the set payment deadline.
3.3 Late Payments: If the fee has not been paid on time, students’ classes may be held back until the fee is received. If there are no updates for 7 days after payment is due, we may cancel the student’s classes.
3.4 Price Changes: We may change our fees at any time, but we will inform you ahead of any change. Fees already paid for the current billing period won’t be recalculated.
3.5 Contact for Payment Issues: If you have any fees or payment issues, you should email our administration at contactonlineschooling.uk as soon as possible to fix them and continue with your classes.
4.1 Adherence to Schedule: Attending classes at the agreed-upon times is expected from students.
4.2 Late Arrival: If someone arrives more than 5 minutes late, the teacher will instruct the students for the rest of the lesson. Schedules for other students will not be disrupted.
4.3 Absences Without Notice: If a student isn’t around for class and did not provide advance notice, the absence will still show on the attendance roster, and no chance for a make-up session will be given.
4.4 Cancellation and Makeup Classes: If you want to cancel or get a makeup class, you should contact your teacher by Zoom, Skype, or email (contactonlineschooling.uk) at least 6 hours before the session.
The provision of makeup classes depends on our availability and decision.
No rescheduling or reimbursement will be allowed when a class is missed without telling the tutor ahead of time.
4.5 Technical Issues: Should our technical issues (software, equipment, or communication platforms) result in a missed class, we will reschedule at no extra price.
5.1 Pre-Class Refunds: You can get a full refund on your tuition if you notify us about your withdrawal before classes begin.
5.2 Post-Class Refunds: When classes start, refunds are not offered except in certain instances.
5.3 Teacher Unavailability: If the tutoring class does not receive instruction from a teacher, we will refund the remaining balance by subtracting the lesson fee from the amount originally paid.
5.4 Class Holds: If you take a break, the money will only be used for classes in the following month. No refunds will apply if the amount you pay exceeds the monthly fee.
5.5 Missed Classes: Any missed classes should be made up within 30 days. After 30 days, any changes or refunds will not be allowed.
5.6 Termination Notice: To cancel your classes, you need to notify the school one calendar month ahead in writing. If you choose not to take a refund, we will move forward with providing the other classes in your plan.
5.7 Invoiced Fees: When an invoice is made, the amount shown is counted as income. If you are invoiced for membership, we will instead give you access to classes in that period. Before the deadline, make changes to your class load as needed.
6.1 Respectful Behavior: Islamic morals require students to be courteous to teachers and other pupils. Any kind of abusive language or inappropriate actions will not be accepted.
6.2 Account Suspension: We are allowed to remove or block access for people who break our Code of Conduct.
7.1 Personal Information: Do not give teachers any information that is personal, such as phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, or payment details. We take no responsibility for how people use any of this information
7.2 Teacher Transitions: If a teacher resigns or is not retained, the educational system will provide a substitute teacher. Former teachers and students may not maintain ties, and we aren’t responsible for what may happen to either.

8.1 Ownership: Online Quran Academy owns all the content, including videos, learning materials, and recordings.
8.2 Restrictions: All of our content is copyrighted and cannot be used without asking for permission first.
9.1 Eid Holidays: Paid leave is provided to teachers during the holidays of Eid. These events are part of what you pay for each month, and there are no exceptions for attending them.
9.2 Other Leaves: Leaves for teachers are not additionally scheduled for the rest of the calendar year.
10.1 By Us: We may terminate classes if:
After more than 7 days, there has been no response about the payment.
The student does not attend class many days without making a prior arrangement.
A student has broken the Code of Conduct.
10.2 By You: If you want to end your classes, offer your teacher one calendar month’s advance written notice. Postponements won’t be possible, but you will still receive the remaining classes you’re entitled to.
11.1 Updates: We have the right to change these Terms whenever we see fit. The updated Terms will be available on our website, so if you use our services, you accept the new Terms.
11.2 Notification: Significant updates will be sent to you either by email or announced on the website.
Under these Terms, the laws of the United Kingdom will apply. All disputes that result from these Terms must be handled by the courts in the United Kingdom.
